Our story
We started HexFlo after years on the other side of the counter — waiting three months for artwork approvals, being quoted ten thousand unit minimums, and paying for overheads that had nothing to do with the bags we received. We thought smaller brands deserved the same print quality as the multinationals, without the wait or the markup.
So we built a leaner operation around digital HP EPM print. No plate charges, no warehouse full of stock we do not need, and no sales layers between you and the person who actually runs your job. That keeps our pricing lower, our lead times to 8–21 days, and our minimum order value at £1,000 — so you can test a line before you commit to a pallet of it.
Today we print stand-up, spout, lay-flat, flat bottom and coffee pouches, plus rollstock film and paper packaging, for customers across agriculture, bakery, coffee, snacks, pet food and supplements. Recyclable and compostable paper structures are available across the range, and flexible payment terms are there when cash flow needs them.
