Dress and build every pouch to order
Six surface finishes and seven functional features, mixed and matched to the product, the shelf and the budget. Tell us which ones you want on your quote request.
Every combination below is available across our pouch range, barrier allowing.
Finish
A low-reflectance matte lamination gives packaging a soft, premium look that resists fingerprints and glare under retail lighting. It pairs well with spot-gloss accents to make a logo or icon lift off the page.
Finish
A velvety, tactile coating that goes further than standard matte, noticed the moment a customer picks up the pack. A common upgrade for premium food, beauty and supplement lines where shelf feel matters as much as shelf look.
Finish
A high-gloss finish maximises colour vibrancy and shine, helping bold artwork and photography stand out from a distance. The finish most multinational brands default to for maximum impact in a crowded aisle.
Finish
A high-gloss varnish applied only to logos, icons or key copy over a matte base, so the branding lifts off the page without gloss-coating the whole pouch. A subtle way to add shelf standout without going full gloss.
Finish
Metallised foil accents and full foil structures add a reflective, premium shimmer to logos, borders or entire panels. Foil also works structurally as a light and oxygen barrier layer for coffee, snacks and other oxygen-sensitive products.
Finish
A paper-faced laminate brings a natural, tactile kraft or white paper look to the front of pack while keeping the barrier performance you need underneath, for brands that want a paper feel on shelf without giving up pouch functionality.
Feature
A press-to-close zipper lets customers reopen and reclose a pouch cleanly after first use, keeping contents fresh and the pack looking tidy on a shelf or kitchen counter through repeat use.
Feature
A one-way degassing valve lets CO2 escape from freshly roasted coffee without letting oxygen back in, protecting aroma and extending shelf life. Fitted as standard on our Coffee Pouch format.
Feature
Structures engineered to survive retort sterilisation or go straight from the freezer into a microwave, so ready meals and shelf-stable wet foods can be heated in the pack they are sold in.
Feature
A clear film window lets customers see the product itself, building trust at the shelf for visually appealing products such as snacks, baked goods and confectionery, without sacrificing the barrier properties of the surrounding structure.
Feature
A wire-and-paper strip along the top of a bag that folds over by hand to reclose the pack. Gives a rustic, artisan feel often chosen for coffee, bakery and confectionery packaging.
Feature
A reinforced die-cut hole at the top of the pack lets retailers merchandise on a hook or pegboard rather than a flat shelf alone, widening the retail formats a single pack can sell through.
Feature
A fitted spout and cap turns any pouch into a pourable, resealable container for liquids and semi-liquids, sized to the viscosity you are filling. Standard on our Spout Pouch format.
